How I Can Help
Motherhood Journey

Becoming A Mother is One of Life’s Biggest Transformations, And it Deserves Support at Every Step.
Motherhood doesn’t begin with birth, and it doesn’t end when your baby sleeps through the night. It reshapes your body, your relationships, your sense of time and your sense of self. My work focuses on supporting women through each stage of this journey, so that you feel held while you hold everyone else.

You are not alone
Do Any of These Feel a Little Too Close to Home?
01
Trying to Conceive
The months of hoping, waiting and testing can be emotionally exhausting, especially when the journey takes longer than expected. I’ll help you manage the anxiety, disappointment and pressure that often accompany this phase, so you can care for yourself through the uncertainty.

02
Pregnancy
Alongside the joy, pregnancy can bring fear, mood changes, and worries about birth or becoming a parent. Together, we’ll work on calming your nervous system, addressing specific fears, and helping you feel emotionally prepared for what lies ahead.
03
Birth and the fourth trimester
The weeks after birth are often the most vulnerable. Sleep deprivation, physical recovery, feeding challenges and shifting hormones can leave you feeling overwhelmed or unlike yourself. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to process your birth experience and find your footing as a new mother.

04
Early motherhood and identity
Many women quietly grieve the person they were before. Whether you’re returning to work, staying home, or somewhere in between, I’ll help you navigate guilt, changing relationships and the search for who you are now.
05
Pregnancy and infant loss
If your journey has included loss, your grief deserves space and gentleness. I’ll walk alongside you at your own pace.

How I Support
I draw on psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy and metaphor therapy, adapting my approach to what you need at each stage. Where appropriate, I work alongside your gynecologist or doctor, so your emotional care and medical care support each other.
